The room was comfy and beautiful, with central heating, television, and a fridge. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the bathroom here was large. The stuff where good and kind and kept the place clean.

The traditional Vietnamese meals served at the in-house restaurant were simply delicious, while the complimentary wireless internet access allowed me to stay connected during my stay. The hotel's convenient amenities, such as the limo/town car service and laundry/ironing services, made my stay even more comfortable.

This place is situated close to both the uphill area and the business district, near Hon Gai connected by the massive Bai Chay bridge. I went a few minutes down the road to Cu Ki Bay Restaurant for some drinks. 🍹

Payment process: I encountered some difficulties during the payment process, as the staff seemed to have some confusion about accepting card payments.

I recently stayed at Viet Nhat Halong Hotel for a few nights and had an amazing experience. The room was spacious with a balcony, comfortable bed, and even a fridge. The location was perfect, right in the midst of shopping markets and bars. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and accommodating, making our stay great value for money. The staff went above and beyond, with their little girl even bringing us water when we checked in. They also arranged a bus back to Hanoi for us, which was like a private limo bus and super affordable. Additionally, they stored our motorbike inside overnight and even looked for us when the bus arrived while we were out. All in all, a very nice family and a fantastic stay.

The hotel is in a good location with plenty of places to eat and book tours nearby. The Wi-Fi was also fast, allowing me to easily upload images to my online storage.
